Our training offer — tailored to public enquiries
Format: online training, Polish language.
Duration: 6 hours (8 x 45 minutes + breaks)
Number of participants: up to 12 people
Materials: electronic teaching materials for each participant (PDF, checklists, before/after examples).
Certificates: personalised certificate of completion containing: name and surname, training title, date, subject matter, identifiable signature of the trainer.
Documents to be ordered: before signing the contract, we prepare a list of trainers and the scope of topics (in accordance with public procurement requirements). If it is necessary to change the trainer, we provide a replacement with equivalent qualifications.

- Introduction to document accessibility: legal requirements and WCAG standards in a nutshell.
- Document structure: headings, lists, tables, semantic tags in Word/HTML.
- Typography and contrast: good typographical practices and text formatting.
- Preparation for conversion: links, alternative descriptions, metadata and PDF tagging.
- Tools and verification: how to test documents (automatic and manual tools), analysis of sample documents provided by participants.
- Q&A session + checklists for implementation in everyday work.
The training is practical — we analyse real documents provided by participants (examples can be sent before the training).
