- Creation of advanced chatbots: Selected material entered into the system can serve as a knowledge base from which the chatbot draws. Users can easily manage the content and administrators can optimise the prompts sent to OpenAI, enabling continuous improvement of the application's performance.
- Modular approach to building applications: The system allows applications to be built as an integral part of the CMS or integrated independently, giving great flexibility when implementing new functionality.
- Process automation: An example is the automatic issuing of certificates in the e-learning module, where user data from external systems (e.g. CRM) is processed directly in the CMS. Such solutions significantly streamline work and reduce operational costs.

E-learning module
The system allows the creation of interactive lessons, the inclusion of multimedia, knowledge tests and the automatic issuing of certificates. Thanks to integration with external data (e.g. participant lists), it is possible to generate certificates based on actual user data.
Map module
The extensive map module, an example of which can be viewed here, enables the presentation of figures, the presentation of branches, the presentation of resolutions and many other applications. The map is tightly integrated with the catalogue and filters, enabling intuitive navigation through the site's resources.
Additional modules
The system also includes modules for events, petitions, newsletter, search engine, gallery and forum.
- Forum: The integration of the forum within the CMS enables the use of a single user base. Thanks to this solution, users logging in to the website also have access to content on the forum, and the registration and log-in process is consistent and convenient.
- SSO integration: The ability to log in via Google or Facebook makes the site easier to use and increases the security of the authentication process.
Security, legal compliance and WCAG standards
As part of each implementation, we ensure full compliance with current regulations:
- RODO and Consent Mode: the system has built-in functionality to enable full compliance with data protection regulations and cookie management.

Flexible pricing models and technical support
The cost of implementing the system depends on the individual needs of the client and the scope of the project. Sample price ranges are as follows:
- Budget around PLN 10k net: Possibility of implementing a website based on a default template, with modifications in terms of colours, fonts and layout of elements, together with integration of a chatbot and forum.
- Package approx. PLN 15,000 net: Implementation of a website with the expected functionalities, where solutions enabling a coherent visual identification are applied, but without an individual graphic design.
- Package of PLN 21,000 net: Implementation of a website with an individual graphic design, advanced integration of modules (chatbot, forum) and additional functionalities.
Each package includes 12 months of warranty, technical support and updates. After one year, we offer an extension of support in the range of 10-15% of the implementation value, which in the case of the projects in question translates into costs in the range of PLN 1500-2500.
In addition, each customer receives:
- Training and a recording of the training,
- Educational materials - an extensive knowledge base for editors,
- Content migration, full configuration of modules, responsive design (RWD) and UI animations.
